Home Watching.

If you leave your vacation or primary residence unattended for an extended period of time, whether on vacation or gone for the season, it is natural to have concerns about the condition of your property while you are away. Unforeseen things such as unauthorized persons in your home, water leaks, storm damage, furnace failure, and pests wreak havoc.

Home Watch Services are designed to help you catch small issues before they become costly and stop the damage of a big problem in progress. We conduct a thorough 40 point inspection of your property on every visit and you will receive a copy of every inspection. Naturally, every home is different. We will customize our checklist to meet your needs.
 

We can check on your home monthly, twice per month, or weekly. We can also do one-time visits. No annual contracts!
 

At North Idaho Home Watch, we maintain a list of approved contractors for repairs and emergency contractors for disasters. Our Home Watch Service Fees are based on the square footage of your home and a 20-minute drive time from Coeur d’Alene. Additional fees apply for greater distance of travel.

Fees

We offer a 10% discount to active or retired Fire, Police, and Military Personnel.

  • Homes Under 2500 square feet. $55/visit

  • 2500-4000 square feet $60/visit

  • Over 4000 square feet $65/visit

Contractor & Delivery Standby Services

Having Appliances Delivered? Expecting Packages? Having work done on your property? North Idaho Home Watch is available to be present in assisting to prevent damage and loss while deliveries are being made or while construction crews are working on your home.
